
Rolv Erik Ryssdal
CEO
Rolv Erik Ryssdal became CEO of Schibsted as of 1 June 2009. He has been employed in the Schibsted Group since 1991 and has held several management positions including CEO of Aftonbladet (1999-2005), CEO of VG (2005-2008) and CEO of Schibsted Classified Media, the holding company for our international online classifieds operations (2008-2009).
Rolv Erik Ryssdal has a Masters degree of Business and Economics from the Norwegian School of Management (BI), and a Masters degree of Business and Administration from INSEAD in France.

Gunnar Strömblad
Executive Vice President
Sweden, Corporate Projects
He was appointed an executive vice president of Schibsted ASA in 2006 and is responsible for the Sweden business area, in addition to corporate projects.
Gunnar Strömblad was Aftonbladet’s CFO from 1987-1990, the CEO of Aftonbladet from 1991-1999, and the CEO of Svenska Dagbladet from 1999-2006. He is the chairman of the boards of Aftonbladet Hierta AB, Svenska Dagbladet AB, Metronome Film & Television AB, and Sandrew Metronome AB. In addition, he is a director of the boards of Aftenposten AS, Schibsted Classified Media and several other companies. Strömblad has a Master’s degree in business economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Trond Berger
CFO
Executive vice president
He was appointed an executive vice president of Schibsted ASA in 1999 and is in charge of these business areas: finance, treasury, Investor Relations, Merger and Acquisition and IT.
Trond Berger previously was Investment Director with Stormbull (1998). He is a former executive vice president (CFO) of Nycomed ASA and executive vice president in charge of strategy and business development in Nycomed Amersham (1997-98). He was a partner in the firm of Arthur Andersen from 1981-92. Berger is the chairman of the boards of Schibsted Trykk AS and Schibsted Eiendom. He is also a board director of several Schibsted subsidiaries. Berger is a State Authorised Public Accountant (1984), has a Master’s degree in economics from the Norwegian School of Management (BI) and graduated from the Norwegian Armed Forces’ officer candidate school (1977).

Sverre Munck
Executive Vice President
International Editorial and Classifieds Spain
Sverre Munck joined Schibsted as Executive Vice President in 1994. Since 2006 he is responsible for the business area International Editorial and Classifieds Spain.
He joined Schibsted as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in 1994 and became Executive Vice President in charge of Multimedia in 1998. In January 2002, he also became the CEO of 20 Min Holding AG. Munck was a director of Loki AS from 1987-94, a consultant with McKinsey & Co from 1984-1987, and a senior executive officer with the Norwegian Ministry of Finance’s planning department in 1984. He is the chairman of the boards of 20 Minutes France SAS, 20 Minuten AG (Switzerland) and Multiprensa Holding SL. Munck holds a Ph.D in economics from Stanford University (1983), won a NAVF scholarship to Stanford University (1981-83), and has an M.A. degree from Stanford University (1978) and a B.A. degree from Yale University (1976).

Terje Seljeseth
CEO Schibsted Classified Media
In August 2009, Terje Seljeseth entered the position as CEO of Schibsted Classified Media (SCM), the holding company for Schibsted’s international online classifieds operations. At the same time, he became a member of Schibsted’s top management.
Seljeseth was hired as IT Director of Aftenpostsen in 1998 and was appointed with task of starting FINN.no AS as a company. He has been the CEO of FINN since the company was established in 2000, until 2009.
Terje Seljeseth has a background within IT and is educated at the “Datahøgskolen” and the University of Oslo.
Camilla Jarlsby
Head of Legal Affairs
Camilla Jarlsby has been the Head of Legal Affairs at Schibsted ASA since 01.03.1998. She is company secretary of Schibsted's group board and safeguards the secretariat function within the group management.
Jarlsby has earlier been a lawyer at Schibsted's former film- and television division, a lawyer in Norsk Film AS and in the law firm BAHR.
Camilla Jarlsby is educated as a lawyer at the University of Oslo (1987) with intellectual property rights as her special field. She also has master studies in media law / EU law from the University of Stockholm.

Didrik Munch
CEO Media Norge
Didrik Munch is CEO of Media Norge ASA and since August 2009 a permanent participant of Schibsted’s Group Management meetings.
Munch was CEO of Bergens Tidende from 1997 until he entered the position in Media Norge in 2008. Munch is Chairman of the Boards of Bergens Tidende AS, Aftenposten AS, Stavanger Aftenblad ASA, Fædrelandsvennen AS and FINN.no AS. Earlier, he has been division director of the business market at DnB and police lawyer.
Munch is educated at the Norwegian Police University College, and has a Master in Law from University of Bergen.

Torry Pedersen
CEO Verdens Gang AS
Torry Pedersen is CEO of Verdens Gang AS and since August 2009 a permanent participant of Schibsted’s Group Management meetings.
Pedersen has been Editor-in-Chief and CEO of VG Multimedia (2000-2008), news editor at VG (1994-2000), managing editor at VG (1992-1994), and has had other editorial positions in VG since 1988. He has also been a journalist and a news editor at Fredrikstad Blad (1982-1984, 1986-1988) and a journalist at Dagbladet (1984-1986). He is a director of the Boards in VG Multimedia, Aftonbladet Nya Medier, Schibsted Søk and Møtesplatsen i Norden.
Torry Pedersen is educated as a graduate economist from the Norwegian School of Management (BI), 1980.
