At Schibsted's Annual Shareholder's Meeting on 13 May 2011 a dividend of NOK 3.00 per share will be proposed (total NOK 324 million). No provision for this dividend has been recognised in the Group’s balance sheet as at 31.12.2010.
In 2010 dividends were paid with NOK 1.50 per share (total NOK 155 million).
